Nirala Estate is designed & developed using Mivan technology. Earthquake resistant RCC frame structure, all walls have been finished with oil-bound distemper. In the living & dining area, the flooring has been done with vitrified tiles, bathrooms & balconies with anti-skid ceramic tiles, staircases & landings with kota/terrazzo finish. Master bedroom has laminated wooden flooring, kitchen has granite worktop and a single-bowl stainless steel sink. All doors in the flat have 38 mm thick flush shutters with composite metal / Marandi wood frames. All external windows and doors are covered with weather resistant UPVC / aluminum powder-coated finish. Fire suppression & alarm system is installed in all towers as per MOEF and fire safety rules.
