Nirala Estate Phase 5 Site Plan
Nirala Estate Phase 5 is a part of 25 acres of fully developed township located on GH-04, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. This Phase is being developed on 2.36 acres of land and comprises 4 towers of Stilt + 24 floors with both sides open unit having open cross section. 18% of open area has been maintained through out the phase in the form of green spaces. In addition to the green spaces, all the facilities of 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, swimming pool and kids pool, gymnasium, jogging and cycling tracks, dance studio, badminton, tennis and basketball courts, children theme park, shopping plaza, banquet halls and food court etc. shall be available to residents of this Phase.
