Nirala Estate Phase 1 Site Plan
Nirala Estate Phase 1 has 18 towers, spread over 11 acres of land, in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. Total number of residential units in Phase 1 are around 1952, in Stilt + 24 floors high towers. Each plot has three sides open, and green belts, Podium gardens, internal roads etc have been provided to ensure maximum space for greenery. A massive 45000 sq ft clubhouse is the hub of all social activities in the phase. Phase 1 has Swimming pool, kids pool, Jogging and cycling tracks, Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, huge play area for kids, Car parking (Stilt + Covered), High speed lifts in all towers, etc. Since the project was completed and handed over to customers in 2017, customers can immediately see and experience how a matured and active residential community looks like before they even buy units in future phases.
