Nirala Estate Phase 4 is designed on 2.77 acres of land in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. The Master Plan for the residential Phase 4 has been specially designed to create 544 residential units. The high-rise is built with Stilt + 24 floors and is designed in tower format with all the units having both-side open design to provide maximum cross ventilation and view corridors.
