Nirala Estate master plan at Techzone 4, covers an area of 25 acres and comprises of 36 towers, (Stilt + 24 floors high) with more than 4,028 apartments, designed to be developed in 5 phases. 18% of the total land has been dedicated to development of open spaces including podium gardens, parks and long tree lined avenues. The 45,000 sq. ft. Nirala Estate Club House is the central point of recreation.
